Convenience
There’s something about opening a pack of pre-rolls that are ready to be lit at a moment’s notice that appeals to me. I don’t have to go through the process or ritual of rolling a joint by hand, which takes at least two to four minutes, if not longer. But of course there are times when the connoisseur in me seeks to break and smell the buds before wrapping them in a vehicle in which to smoke, if time permits it.
Time is of the essence; this is something I am surprised is not written on more pre-roll packaging. The truth of the statement markets the product due to the reality of any situation where preparation of a rolled smoke is out of the question due to restraints on time.
Convenience is the one word comes to mind when I think about what would be the main advantage of having a pack of pre-rolled joints. I’ve seen glass bottles that contain many pre-rolls, and single tubes with one specific pre-rolled spliff or blunt, covered in kief, and sometimes infused with diamonds. This tells me vendors in the cannabis industry have tailor made smokes ready for the connoisseur to lite and enjoy.
The business of pre-rolls is not going away any time soon. If anything, the industry of pre-rolled smokes is growing exponentially. And I’m glad to see a wide variety of them from which to choose. But there is always the concern of knowing what’s really inside.
The only way to answer that question is to have two pre-rolls; one to slice open, and the other to smoke as it is.
I wonder if seeing what resides inside of a pre-roll would have any bearing on the effect one might experience from smoking it after this knowledge is acquired. This is an experiment that needs to be done in order to truly know what is being smoked.
Yes, I’d like to know. But as for now, the convenience of having this pack of well rolled sativa joints is something I highly appreciate.
